We offer free ground shipping on all FedEx orders greater than $375 (excluding orders containing pipe). We are also extending the free shipping offer to all freight orders greater than $3,999 (orders containing pipe, these orders require shipping by truck due to length - 18.7 ft / 9.35 ft).
We value our customers and for this reason we only work with nationally recognized carriers. We select carriers based on 3 criteria: shipping rates for your location, timely delivery, and minimal damage. We understand that for most customers the lowest possible rate is very important but equally important is that your items are received on time and damage free. After many years of experience we have determined the best carriers that meet these requirements.
We primarily use FedEx for small and medium size packages. All AIRnet pipe ships by LTL truck freight due to the length of the pipes (18.7 ft / 9.35 ft). We consolidate orders when possible. The mix of items purchased will determine our method of shipment. Orders that include pipe, ship as one shipment to minimize freight cost. We will only ship pipe in multiple shipments at the customers request. Any additional freight cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Expedited freight may be available. Contact Customer Service to see if expedited freight service is available for your shipment. Any additional cost incurred for expedited shipments is exclusively the responsibility of the customer.
Next Day Air
Next Day Air orders must be received no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. We will due our very best to ship orders received by 3:00 pm est for next day but cannot always guarantee next day air shipment. Any order received after 3:00 pm will be shipped the following day - Next Day Air. Next Day Air is only available for orders placed Monday - Friday. Any Next Day Air orders received during the weekend will be processed for shipment on the following Monday.
Shipping Damaged Items
All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged item please mark the Bill of Lading indicating what the damage is. This is very important to receive a refund. Immediately contact your carrier for a damage claim. By law, it is the responsibility of the owner of record (customer) to file a claim with the carrier.
Upon receipt immediately compare packing slip with items received to ensure accuracy of order. You must report any discrepancies within 3 business days after receipt of order. Failure to do so may forfeit your right for refund.
